Which Is More Important: Talent or Hard Work?

Talent is a quality that gives you a smart way to achieve. Talent is useless unless you go for it. One should never expect anything more than the hard work that is given. Just because you have talent doesn’t mean you are the top of what you are trying to achieve. Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard. 

Hard work is more important than talent for many reasons. If you are not willing to put in the work to create their talent then the talent itself is essentially useless. Hard work allows you to become better at something. Most people are not very talented but they work hard at what they do. This takes time for someone to understand the factors in putting in hard work. Some are born a genies and they score good grades but not everyone is, but they still manage to get all A’s this is a result of hard work.
